This was a challenge assignment to myself. To create a piece using my bottle "vocabulary" that was different from the still lifes with overlapping layers of muted color
Bottles without gravity.. This is an amalgam of three layers: a bottom layer of an abstract composition on heavy BFK paper, a second layer of thin translucent printed kitikata paper, and a third layer of my printed collage bottles
The upper area of this collage is part of a 20 year old monotype on BFK paper. The collaged shapes I had used as stencils on a greenish monotype and the lower area is a subtle monotype
